Kokopu Cottage
Kokopu Cottage is in an idyllic location
beside a stream with gardens and orchard.
Beside the stream is an outdoor wood-fired bath.

Kokopu Cottage has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a large lead light window and beautiful hand crafted bed.
There is an open fire in the living room so it is very cosy on cold evenings.
The cottage offers an ideal honeymoon retreat with mornings spent in bed, the birds singing outside.
The second bedroom has a large comfortable single bed with a rollout single which comes to the same level.
There's plenty for the children to do outside while you relax in the intimate living room with a glass of wine.
The bath hidden in the bush is a short walk over the bridge.
Slip in for a romantic treat with just the stars for company and the open sky above.
Well behaved pets by arrangement.

Enjoy the benefits of a rural setting, yet only one kilometre from the many attractions of Akaroa.

Location:
Akaroa is about one hour by car (80 km) from Christchurch.
The drive gives you spectacular views of Akaroa Harbour and the tranquil former French settlement itself.
Take highway 75 from Christchurch, leading all the way to Akaroa. Turn right down the main street, Rue Lavaud.
Take the first left onto Rue Grehan.
Follow Rue Grehan for around a kilometer on the sealed section and continue for another 500m along the gravel road.
You will find Kokupu Estate on the left where you will immediately see our cosy cottage.
You will find us in the main house at the top of the drive past the orchard. |
