 Fantail Lodge offers a choice of two self-contained cottages,
Fantail Cottage and Bellbird Cottage designed with charming rustic character
and equipped to a high standard of comfort and convenience.
Relax on the verandah, surrounded by our lush harbourside garden
and enjoy the company of native birds.
We are adjacent to a small sandy beach and offer guests free use of our kayaks.
It is a short drive to all the attractions of the Otago Peninsula, Larnach Castle,
Yellow-Eyed Penguin Reserve, Royal Albatross Colony,
seals and wild ocean beaches.

Fantail Cottage with its charming rustic character is fully equipped
to a high standard of comfort and convenience throughout.
The cottage is set in a sunny corner of our large garden, amid lush vegetation.
The kitchen offers full self-catering facilities and continental breakfasts
are provided if desired.

Fantail Cottage is an open plan design, offering Queen-bed accommodation
with two extra single beds on a mezzanine floor.
Ideal for a couple or family group.

From Dunedin take Portobello Rd along the harbour towards Taiaroa Head.
After 15 km (20 min) you will see Broad Bay Boating Club and jetty.
Turn next right into Clearwater St and turn again hard right in front of two storey B&B house on corner.
