Whether you choose Cottage by the Sea, Seacliff Villa, or one of our two new garden-studios,
you will be nestled in your very own private garden.

 
 Watch the sunrise from your bed? It's true!

Even though we are on the west coast of New Zealand, we face north, and often
the morning sky is lit up in all shades of pink reflecting on the deep blue waters.
 
At night, away from the lights of the city, the sky is magic.
During a full moon, the moonlight forms a shining pathway across the sea.

Down 100 handcrafted steps, through bush, ferns and some surprises, you will arrive at a black sand beach
for a leisurely stroll, picnic or safe swim.
You may want to explore the reef and tide pools, or collect driftwood.
Experience the peace and magnetism that brings guests back again and again.

Both cottages have one bedroom, lounge, bathroom
and fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and can sleep up to 4.
A cot or fold-up bed are available on request.
Our covered BBQ area is available to all guests.

Reef and Sandpiper Garden Studios

Our side-by-side garden studios, new in 2007, each sleep 2.
Each has a queensize bed, kitchen, DVD player (movies available), patio and patio furniture.

 We are situated in the country on ten acres of avacado and fruit trees, but we are still only 20 minutes from New Plymouth,
and just 3 minutes from the popular new Waiau Estate Restaurant.
As you explore our property, be sure to discover our tranquil, sunken garden, where bell birds, tuis, pheasant, pukekos,
fantails and other birds abound.
