Two romantic self contained cottages

We have two cottages set in our European style garden,
 Winter Cottage and Beechron Cottage.
Winter Cottage can accommodate one couple and Beechron Cottage two couples.

Winter cottage is newly restored with one king-size bedroom and ensuite.
The sitting/dining area is decorated in French country style and has a log burner for warmth on colder days and a small kitchenettte.

Beechron Cottage
is a 50 year old solid Rimu Cottage with a new front and has been decorated with a Scandinavian influence, so is light and airy with lots of white.
The floors are Rimu timber which has been whitewashed, aged and varnished.
The cottage has a large room across the entire front with a kitchen area at one end
and a lounge area with TV at the other end.
There is a king bed and a small couch in the main bedroom
and a double bed in the second bedroom.
The bathroom is accessed from both bedrooms.

 

The Sitting Room at Beechron Cottage is all soft grey blues, white and green
and main sitting room / dining area extends across the entire front.
Views to the hills - Richmond Ranges.
Comfortable, Stylish and Peaceful.

The Breakfast table at Beechron Cottage, where you can eat
or just sit and plan your day, looks out over a citrus/fejoa organic orchard
to the blue hills of the Richmond Range.

The main bedroom at Beechron Cottage is a very large room in whites,
grey blues and has a king bed with lovely linen and a Swedish bench/sofa.
There are electric blankets and robes.

The garden at Broomfield featured in the New Zealand
House and Garden magazine in March 2004
and has recently been awarded "A Garden of National Significance"
by the NZGT.
